If you buy products or a spa treatment voucher on caudalie.com or in Caudalie Boutique Spas, points will be automatically added to your account (except exclusive offers).

Products purchased through our authorized third-party retailers can earn MYCAUDALIE points. Open the product’s box, locate the unique 10 or 11 character code and enter it on the site. This only applies to products that come in a box (limited to 10 unique codes per month).

For your birthday:
By entering your date of birth as a MYCAUDALIE member, you will earn 30 points on your birthday.
As a VIP member, you will earn 100 points on your birthday.

Your MYCAUDALIE points can be used to redeem full-size Caudalie products. The majority of Caudalie products are available for redemption and start at 100 points.

When you purchase on caudalie.com or in a Caudalie Boutique Spa, your points are automatically added to your account.

Purchases from third-party retailers: the unique code is located on the inner lining of the of the box. If the Caudalie product purchased was not packaged in a box, then there are no points associated with the product. 

To redeem your MYCAUDALIE points, log into your MYCAUDALIE account and navigate to “MY LOYALTY PROGRAM,” then to “REGISTER MY UNIQUE CODE.” A box will appear to enter your unique code. When entering the unique code, do not include spaces between the numbers and letters. Refresh your web page when you finish adding all of your codes, this will ensure that the points generate a total.
