“CAUDALIE BERMUDA GLOWCATION GIVEAWAY" GAME RULES (hereinafter the "Rules")

ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZATION CAUDALIE USA Inc, (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizing Company"), located at 381 Park Avenue S, NY, NY 10016, is organizing a free game with no obligation to purchase called "CAUDALIE BERMUDA GLOWCATION GIVEAWAY" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") on the social networks Instagram and Tiktok The Rules constitute the framework of the rules applicable to the Game. They are available at the following here for the Duration of the Game. They may be supplemented or modified by specific terms and conditions that will be specified on the caption of Instagram and Tiktok publications relating to the Game (hereinafter "the Posts").

ARTICLE 2: PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME The Game is open to any individual who is at least 21 years of age at the time of entry, is a legal resident of the United States (all 50 states and the District of Columbia), holds a valid U.S. passport, and can travel by their own means to one of the airports listed in Article 5 of the Rules (hereinafter the "Participants"). Participation in the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of the Rules and the specific terms and conditions specified on the Posts. Employees of the Organizing Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate families are excluded from participation in the Game.

ARTICLE 3: DURATION The Game begins on June 17, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (New York City time, USA) and ends on June 24, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (New York City time, USA) (hereinafter the "Duration") Only the times and dates of participation comments on the Posts, recorded by the Organizing Company and/or its partners, are deemed valid.

ARTICLE 4: PRINCIPLE OF THE GAME The Game will be announced by the publication of the Posts on Instagram and TikTok on June 17, 2025, at 12:00. To participate and attempt to win the prize (hereinafter the "Prize"), each Participant must meet all of the following cumulative conditions during the Duration: - Liked the Posts on Instagram and/or TikTok; - Comment on Posts on Instagram and/or TikTok by identifying the account of a person of their choice; - Follow Instagram accounts @CaudalieUS, @CambridgeBeaches and @flybermudair and TikTok account @Caudalie; - Repost Instagram Post in story for additional participation. - Read and accept the Rules without reservation; 2 Each Participant may comment on the Posts on Instagram and/or TikTok as many times as desired to increase their chances of winning and may only hope to win one (1) Lot. Only one (1) winner will be drawn at random among all the valid participations on Instagram and TikTok. Each Participant agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions of use of the Instagram and TikTok platforms. In addition, comments published on the Posts must not contain any violent, pornographic, abusive, defamatory or racist content. It must not contain any element that violates the privacy, image rights or intellectual property rights of third parties, nor any element that is contrary to the law or that violates public order or morality. Any identification or participation that is incomplete or erroneous, whether intentionally or not, or made in a form other than that provided for in the Rules will be considered null and void. It is specified that the purchase of products from the brand Caudalie shall in no way increase the Participant's chance of being drawn to win the Prize. The Organizing Company has sole authority to decide whether a participation is admissible.

ARTICLE 5: LOT The Organizing Company is offering the following prize, consisting of: • A 3-night stay at the Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa for the Winner and their guest, including breakfasts for two, in a deluxe water view double occupancy room, inclusive of all applicable taxes, for an approximate value of $4,616. • A round-trip economy class flight with carry-on baggage operated solely by Bermuda Air for the Winner and their guest, exclusive of all applicable taxes; • A 50-minute Caudalie facial at the Cambridge Beaches Spa for the Winner and their guest, for a total value of $300 ($150 each); • A box of Caudalie products with a total value of $463, including: - Instant Detox Mask ($42) - Beauty Elixir ($49) - Vinoperfect Serum ($82) - Vinosun Protect SPF 50 ($39) - Grape Water ($20) - Resveratrol-Lift Serum ($84) - Body Oil Elixir ($52) - Vinoperfect Brightening Moisturizer ($65) - Vinoclean Cleanser ($30) Details : • The Winner and their guest are responsible for their own transportation to one of the following airports: Providence (PVD), Richmond (RIC), Hartford (BDL), Charleston (CHS), Raleigh (RDU), Westchester NY (HPN), Boston (BOS), Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Baltimore (BWI), Orlando (MCO) the only airports from which the Bermuda Air company operates ; • Winner and their Guest must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together; 3 • Neither the Organizing Company nor the Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa is responsible for local transportation or its cost, whether to or from airports in the United States or Bermuda, or for travel on the island; • The Guest of the Winner must be at least 21 years old at the time of the travel. If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of their Prize with no guest, the Prize will be awarded to Winner and any remainder of the Prize for Guest will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. • The Winner and their guest must familiarize themselves with the administrative formalities required to travel to Bermuda from the USA and, in particular, complete the form available at the following link: https://www.bermudaarrivalcard.com/; • The Winner and their Guest will be responsible for obtaining all travel documents and identification accepted by Bermuda Air, security authorities, and governmental agencies; • The following services are included in the stay at the Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa: - Welcome Swizzle and Cooling Towel at Check in - Afternoon Tea - Fitness Centre w/ Peloton, Sauna and Steam Room - Hot Tub, Indoor and Outdoor Pools - Pickleball, Tennis, and Basketball Courts - Croquet Lawn & Putting Green - 4 Beaches - Water Hammocks - Beach Chairs, Towels and Umbrellas - Nespresso Coffee & Tea in Room - Molton Brown In-room Amenities - Wi-Fi - Nightly Turndown Service - Yoga Mat In-room • The Winner and their guest will have the choice of one of the following 3 Caudalie treatments at the Hotel Spa: - Resveratrol Firming & Lifting Facial - Vinoperfect Brightening Facial - Vinopure Detox & Restore Facial • All incidental charges, service fees, and any additional costs incurred during the stay—including, but not limited to, food, drinks, mini-bar, room service, laundry, additional spa treatments, telephone calls, gratuities, excursions, activities, or any other ancillary services not included in the Prize description—shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner and their guest. This also includes any room damages, upgrades, or room changes requested, which are subject to availability and will incur the applicable rate difference. Additional occupants beyond the winner and their one guest are subject to prevailing extra person charges, including applicable taxes and service fees, with a maximum occupancy limit of three persons per Deluxe Water View Room. • A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the Winner at time of accommodation check-in to cover incidental charges and damages. 4 The value of the Prize is non-contestable and may not be the subject of any reimbursement, cash exchange, substitution or compensation. The prize is nominative and non-transferable.

ARTICLE 6: SELECTION OF THE WINNER The one selected Participant who will win the Prize (the "Winner") will be drawn at random at the end of the Duration by the Organizing Company on the basis of all the comments meeting the criteria for participation in the Game detailed in Articles 2 and 4 of the Rules.

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY OF PRIZES The Winner will be contacted via their Instagram or Tiktok messaging system by the @CaudalieUS or @Caudalie account within 5 calendar days following the end of the Duration. If the Participant selected at random does not respond within 48 hours of the notification being sent by the Organizing Company, a new draw will be held to select another Winner. The Participant initially contacted who has not responded within the allotted time will automatically lose their right to the Prize and will not be able to make any claim in this respect. The winner will be asked to provide an email address to be contacted by a representative of the Organizing Company, who will request their postal address for the shipment of Caudalie products Caudalie Products will be sent to the Winner, within 10 days from the communication of the Winner's postal address. As the Products are delivered by the postal services or a carrier, the Organizing Company may not be held liable in the event of delay, loss or damage caused by the postal services or the carrier. They will also receive on their email address: - A certificate delivered by Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa. To redeem this certificate, the Winner must contact the hotel directly via email, referencing the gift certificate number at the time of booking. Reservations are subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply. The original certificate must be presented at check-in to validate the reservation. This certificate is non-transferable, nonrefundable, may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or resold. Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged certificates and will not reissue or replace them. This offer is valid for one (1) year from the issue date of March 5, 2026. Extensions beyond the expiration date will not be granted. - A certificate delivered by Bermuda Air containing a discount code for use on the Bermuda Air website. To redeem this certificate, the Winner must select their flights as usual on the Bermuda Air website (https://www.flybermudair.com/), then enter the discount code at checkout. The code will reduce the base fare of the flights to $0. The winner will still be required to pay any applicable taxes, fees, seat selection charges, and costs for any additional baggage directly on the Bermuda Air website at the time of checkout. The Winner must book and complete the flights by March 5, 2026, excluding the period from December 15 to December 31, 2025. After this date, the Prize will be forfeited without extension, compensation, or substitution, and without liability from the Organizing Company, Bermuda Air, or Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to ensure that both certificates are used within their respective validity periods, and to plan accordingly so that the hotel stay and the flights are booked and completed concurrently within the applicable time limits listed above. 5 Any upgrades or additions are at the Winner’s expense and subject to availability. Once flight and hotel bookings are confirmed, no changes to travel dates or guest names will be allowed. The stay at the hotel cannot be extended beyond the duration included in the Prize. Only the official Instagram account @CaudalieUS or TikTok @Caudalie will contact the Winner in connection with the Game. No banking information will be requested from the Winner at any time, for any reason whatsoever, by the Organizing Company. The only time the Winner will be required to provide banking information is during the online checkout process on the official Bermuda Air website, to cover applicable taxes, seat selection, or additional baggage fees. The Organizing Company declines all responsibility in the event that a Participant transmits their personal data to a fraudulent account pretending to be the Game's Organizing Company.

ARTICLE 8: LIABILITY The Organizing Company reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the Game, if circumstances so require, without liability or entitlement to compensation of any kind on the part of Participants. In addition, it may not be held liable in the event of the occurrence of events that constitute force majeure or a fortuitous event beyond its control, notably depriving Participants of the possibility of participating in the Game and/or depriving the Winner of the benefit of their winnings. Any additional cost required to take possession of the prize shall be borne entirely by the Winner, who may not claim any financial compensation from the Organizing Company. It is understood that the Game is in no way sponsored, managed or sponsored by Instagram or Tik Tok. Under no circumstances will Instagram or Tik Tok be liable to Participants in the event of litigation. The Organizing Company reminds Participants of the characteristics and limits of the Internet network and declines all responsibilitý for the consequences of their connection to the Instagram and TikTok social networks. And in particular the responsibility of the Organizing Company can in no case be retained in case of problems of routing or loss of postal or electronic mail. More particularly, the Organizing Company shall not be held liable for any damage, material or immaterial, caused to Participants, their computer equipment and the data stored therein and the consequences that may arise therefrom on their personal or professional activity. Furthermore, participants release and agree not to hold the Organizing Company, Bermuda Air, Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa and their affiliated partners liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from or related to participation in the Game or use of the Prize. The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify the Prize by another of equivalent value, as well as to cancel or adapt the Game in the event of fraud, technical problems or any circumstance beyond its control. Any modification will be communicated in advance by any means deemed appropriate. The reproduction and representation of all or part of the elements making up the Game, in particular photos, logos and texts, are strictly prohibited for any reason whatsoever.

ARTICLE 9: AUTHORIZATIONS Subject to their explicit consent, the information collected on Participants may be used by the Organizing Company and/or its partners. 6

ARTICLE 11: APPLICABLE LAW The Game is governed by the laws of the State of New York (United States). In the event of a dispute relating to these Rules, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of New York City shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The Organizing Company is solely authorized to interpret and apply the Rules.
