Missing from my delivery

My favorite lip balm is so hard to find, even on Caudelie's website. Upon receiving a mysterious credit to my charge card, Caudelie didn't specify what the issue was. I would have canceled the other product had I known. The chat bot wasn't helpful either and no one picks up the toll-free number.

I really wanted to love this lip conditioner, but the formula is just too heavy for me. Instead of feeling hydrating, it feels like a thick, waxy layer sitting on top of my lips. It’s quite tacky and doesn't seem to absorb well, which makes it uncomfortable for daily wear. If you like a very dense, mask-like balm, this might work, but it wasn't the lightweight moisture I was looking for.

Excellent Hydration

I have used this lip balm for years now and have never posted a review until now. I have them all over the house and one in my bag. It's the best balm that I have used that isn't sticky or too thick and it does not get gummy. I stock up regularly as it's the only I'll use during the day.

Love the smell and hydration

I've been using this lip balm for a couple of years. My favorite part is the smell!! It's my favorite Caudalie signature scent. The lip balm provides a nice level of hydration, and it feels very gentle putting it on. The only thing is that when my lips are extra dry, it doesn't work very well, but on my regular normal days it works just fine. So just depends on your level of dryness.

Light and comfy

Love this light lip conditioner, keeps lips soft and hydrated without feeling sticky.
