The BEST lip balm
I bought this lip balm in a pharmacie in Paris a month ago. I have used it EVERYDAY since. It is nourishing, but not greasy. It doesn't leave my lips dry later or "craving" more product. I will never use a different brand.

Missing from my delivery
My favorite lip balm is so hard to find, even on Caudelie's website. Upon receiving a mysterious credit to my charge card, Caudelie didn't specify what the issue was. I would have canceled the other product had I known. The chat bot wasn't helpful either and no one picks up the toll-free number.
