No app is needed to use the tool. The tool will automatically as soon as you click "start".
If you choose to share your name and contact information with Caudalie, or if you sign up to receive promotional messages, we will store all the information you provide while using our tool. This includes your skin type, sensitivities, concerns, and age, as well as the results of your analysis, such as calculated age and skin concerns. You will also receive a comprehensive skin report that highlights key attributes. For your convenience, we will email you your results.
Caudalie temporarily stores your selfie. Once your analysis is complete and the information is returned to you, your selfie is deleted from our secure system, typically within seconds.
