Return policy

1 - How do I make a return?

We're pleased to inform you that any opened or used products that you are not completely satisfied with can be returned for an exchange within 30 days or refund within 15 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Please send the products back to the following address:

Please print our Return Form Here and include the products you wish to return, your name and your order number in the package. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days of package being received at our facilities. We recommend that you send your return via an insured method, which can be tracked in the case of loss. Caudalie is not responsible for lost packages.

Caudalie does not provide prepaid return labels for web orders.

We can only accept returns from orders placed on us.caudalie.com. Purchases made at retail locations or through another website must be addressed by the original place of purchase.

2 - COVID-19 DELIVERY INFORMATION

Due to a high volume of orders you may experience a delay in delivery. Please allow additional business days for your order to process.

We’ve implemented necessary safety measures at our Distribution Center during the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ve implemented new procedures & protocols to ensure the safety of our staff & customers. You can rest assured that your items are being prepared carefully & safely, however as a result, your items may take longer than normal to arrive. If you have any questions about your order, our Customer Care team is available to assist.

3 - Can I return or cancel a purchase made from a third party retailer or from your boutique?

We cannot exchange, or reimburse you for, products ordered from a third party retailer. We invite you to contact the point of sale where the purchase was made directly.

4 - How long do refunds take?

Refunds will be made an average of 30 days following receipt of your package.
