1 - Can I request a specific delivery time?

Sorry, it is not possible to request specific delivery times.

2 - Can I have my order delivered to my place of work?

Of course, you may receive your order at your place of work. You may select a different delivery address by clicking on "Add another address" at the delivery option stage of your order.

3 - To what countries do you deliver?

At this time orders may only be billed or shipped to locations within the United States.

If you wish to ship an order internationally, please visit our international website to select the country you want to ship to.

4 - What are the available delivery methods and fees?

We invite you to receive complimentary 2-day shipping with FedEx on all orders $35+. Please allow for extra time for your delivery to arrive during high-volume promotional periods.

Caudalie online orders only ship on business days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving. Please note, orders received by 12:00 Noon EST, Monday through Thursday, will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of your receipt of your order. Orders received after 12:00 Noon EST and during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please allow extra time for your delivery to arrive during high volume periods.

FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

FedEx 2-Day Shipping
We will provide FedEx 2nd day delivery to most destinations. Most orders shipped via 2nd Day air delivery will be delivered within 2 - 3 business days from the order's ship date. Please note that we do not currently offer Saturday delivery. For more information, visit the FedEx 2nd Day Air page to determine your shipping day.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time we do not offer shipping to more than one location per order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

5 - How can I benefit from free delivery?

FedEx 2-day shipping is complimentary on all orders $35+.


Due to a high volume of orders you may experience a delay in delivery. Please allow additional business days for your order to process.

We’ve implemented necessary safety measures at our Distribution Center during the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ve implemented new procedures & protocols to ensure the safety of our staff & customers. You can rest assured that your items are being prepared carefully & safely, however as a result, your items may take longer than normal to arrive. 7 - Delay in Customer Service Response

8 - What should I do if I made a mistake in my delivery address?

To guarantee you the fastest possible delivery, we do not allow cancellations or modifications to your order once it has been finalized. Please contact us for fastest resolution.
